Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field and six years of progressively responsible experience, including three years of supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. A Professional Certificate of Registration from the State of California in either Civil or Traffic Engineering is desirable. Salary is up to $157,656 depending on qualifications and experience.
