SHINE is immediately seeking an individual with strong quality assessment skills in a highly regulated environment. The position will report directly to the Quality Manager. This person will identify opportunities for company-wide improvements in engineering, construction and operations, as well as considerable interface with clients, contractors and suppliers.
The individual in this role will drive the development and facilitate changes to our standard operating procedures, polices, and other technical documentation along with mentoring co-workers and internal customers on quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., NRC, cGMP, GLPs). Additionally, the qualified individual will perform various supplier, contractor and internal qualification assessments.
Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls regulations (U.S. Citizen or National, U.S. Permanent Resident, Asylee, or Refugee). Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug test, fingerprinting, and a criminal background check.
