BergerABAM is a consulting firm offering services in the areas of project management, civil and structural engineering, land use planning, natural resources, public involvement, construction management and support, and underwater inspection services.
Land Use Planner needed to work with BergerABAM’s full-service land use, public outreach, and natural resources consulting team in Vancouver, WA. The successful candidate will preferably come from a consulting background and have working knowledge of land use, environmental planning, permitting regulations and have the ability to work on a variety of projects with public and private sector clients.
Minimum B.S. degree in land use or environmental planning or related field, M.S. degree a plus
1 to 3 years post graduate experience, preferably in consulting
Good understanding of federal, state and local regulatory framework, land use permitting and development
Strong analytical, communications, and writing skills
Ability to use Microsoft Suite including: Word, Excel and Project
GIS capabilities a plus
