Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution required. ASQ Certification (CQA, CQE and/or CQM) or must actively pursue upon hire. Five or more years of technical work experience in a utility-related industry or with a supplier manufacturing and/or contractor service organization required. Previous experience in utility industry related project management preferred. Previous experience in completing contractor/supplier quality program/process assessments required. Previous experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management programs preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Good analytical and assessment skills required. Good communication, organizational and human relation skills required. Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office required. Proficiency with quality assurance applicable industry standards (ISO-9000/9001, AWS, IEEE, ASME, and ASNT) preferred.
Position is subject to travel up to 25%.
