| Do you want to continue to lead roadway design projects but perform them without the corporate umbrella? Or maybe you just want a fresh perspective, new location, or a diversity of ideas? If this sounds like you, we are looking for a Project Manager to help lead the design of Roadway and Transportation Projects with a growing team that values independent thinking. Lead and manage a wide variety of transportation projects, including roadway reconstruction, widening improvements, intersection reconstruction, pedestrian/bike facilities, roadway connection to bridge replacements, and others. |
• Participate in a small office environment that includes experts in their field working in a closely knit team and opportunities to work on a wide variety of tasks. Assist colleagues and clients in identifying problems and then developing solutions, not just performing assigned tasks (but we do that too).
• Become an expert in the leadership of roadway design projects in Colorado.
• Mentor junior staff in their technical growth.
Realistically, we need someone with a PE license and several years of both designing and managing transportation projects (ideally in Colorado), utilizing the relevant industry tools for this region, including MicroStation, InRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MS Office applications. Additionally, excellent communication skills are a must to achieve the valuable guidance we look to provide our clients and truly make a difference in our community. While change can come with some trepidation, it does not have to feel like a sacrifice. We offer salaries and benefits that are competitive with the industry and a work environment that is conducive to our professional goals, yet flexible enough to allow a good work-life balance. So, think about what you value in your career and contact us if you see common ground.
