WORK Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to manage/inspect all phases of WORK Inc.’s sub-contractors custodial, landscaping and snow removal related services for the U.S. Navy facilities located in Vermont, Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Company car and related expenses are provided for travel to sites. Position requires emergency 24 hour on call response on an infrequent basis.
Candidate may reside in the following states; Vermont, Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts as this position is responsible for conducing inspections in all four states.
The successful candidate will be detail oriented, well versed in all custodial skill areas and have at least 3 years of management experience and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities including green cleaning and snow removal services. This is a highly visible position that requires weekly onsite inspections excellent organizational, management and customer service skills, communication and computer literacy. Preference will be given to applicants with Federal NACI clearance, and knowledge of CIMS certification process.
