The Division of Management Information Systems (MIS) (http://www.ou.edu/price/mis.html) at the Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma,is seeking to fill a Lecturer position. A doctoral or graduate degree in MIS or related computing fields is a minimum requirement. A suitable candidate must be able to teach courses in analytics, programming, information systems, field projects, to graduate and undergraduate students. The division is seeking someone who has interest in managing our graduate program in Business Analytics and interacting with our industry partners. The MIS division consists of a vibrant faculty group at all ranks, actively collaborating to educate undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students on current topics in MIS. The division houses the Center for MIS Studies, an active industry academia partnership (see: http://www.ou.edu/price/mis/cmiss/membership.html). Through this center, there is active involvement of industry partners on curriculum development, scholarship donations, student associations, and faculty research. With a new graduate education center in Oklahoma City, Price College is growing its online programs, executive education, and study abroad activities. There are many opportunities for participation, advancement and remuneration through these new programs.
