Engineering, Development, and Design Director

Education and Training: 

• A Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Civil Engineering.
• Possession of a valid Certificate of Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of California.

 
Experience: 

• Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience performing professional engineering work in the public works, public facilities and/or utilities field, including three (3) years of progressively responsible supervisory and administrative experience and substantial capital project management experience. 

 
Special Requirements: 

• Must possess a valid California class “C” driver’s license, with a satisfactory driving record as determined by the District and maintain it throughout employment.
