| Dokken Engineering is seeking to retain a talented, engaging, dare we say ingenious Senior Bridge Engineer to join our Structures Design Group! You will be an integral part of a fun team that delivers innovative engineering solutions for local, state, and federally funded projects. Our core focus is transportation: bridges, roadways, highways and interchanges, bicycle and pedestrian paths, dams, and other public works facilities. Dokken’s current representative work includes projects with multiple structures, including individual bridge projects up to $25 million in constructed value. In this role, you will lead, manage, and perform tasks from concept to preliminary/final design through construction, including directing and/or performing simple to complex bridge analysis and design. You’ll also supervise and mentor a team of 2 to 5 assistant and associate design engineers. The entire state is at your disposal! Our firm and our in-house full-service team (Civil, Environmental, ROW, H&H) will fully support your aspirations of championing a bridge project you feel strongly about! We make decisions here – no multi-level, out of state decision makers to squash your motivation! If you have 10+ years’ experience in: bridge design and analysis, Caltrans type selection, design standards, special provisions, and estimating, etc., we need to talk!
