Director of Quality

The Director of Quality is the head of the Quality department at Evenflo Feeding, Inc. and is responsible for maintaining and improving the Evenflo Feeding, Inc. Quality Management System (QMS). This team promotes customer and product satisfaction, which impacts the financial performance of Evenflo Feeding, Inc. The Director of Quality is the Evenflo Feeding, Inc. QMS management representative and shall continually make efforts to find and improve any deficiencies in the QMS. The Director shall collaborate with all the organizational departments and shall participate in various cross-functional groups to establish common procedures and processes so that best practices are implemented throughout the company and also the supplier organization. This individual leads the Consumer Services team to ensure that the investigation, reporting and resolution of customer calls and claims complies with all applicable standards and regulatory requirements. This individual shall ensure that all design and development activities for consumer products and medical device products (class I and class II) meet and comply with all the standards and regulatory requirements.
