Schedule, lead and manage design for electrical systems (Power & lighting) for facilities renovations and new construction projects (10,000 sf – 4000,000 sf).
Perform and direct Revit modeling for design and updates in coordination with other disciplines for production of documents.
Prepare scaled plans, specifications (CSI format) and contract documents for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and controls.
Assist with building electrical systems commissioning.
Traveling for pre-design site visits, design meetings, and construction phase site observations when needed, develop construction observation reports.
Assist and lead site investigation and data gathering.
Develop redlines and generate narratives and technical reports.

Engineering Degree with Professional Engineering (PE) License in United States, Texas registration preferable. Demonstrated design and construction management experience in United States.
Minimum of 7 years of stable experience working with facilities electrical power, lighting, and facilities communications systems.
Demonstrated steady work history with increased responsibility.
Revit (highly desirable) and AutoCAD proficient.
LEED AP preferable.
Working knowledge of power distribution; general industry standards; electrical standards; standard construction practices; codes (IEC, International Building Code, NFPA, ADA, etc.); AHJ coordination.
Working knowledge of models: energy, lighting, solar, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Experienced with start-up and commissioning of lighting and power systems.
Strong team player, motivated and independent worker.
Ability to further develop and enhance electrical team and market services.
Excellent communicator (report writing and verbal). Travel as required to project sites within Texas.
