General Statement of Duties: Performs engineering work related to infrastructure maintenance and capital improvement plans for the Highway Division.    Duties & Responsibilities:Maintains the Asset Management Program, including infrastructure maintenance and capital planning.  Conducts field work, prepares contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates for construction of capital improvement and highway maintenance projects.    Coordinates with other DPW divisions and consultants on the implementation of Highway projects such as traffic signal installation, sidewalk installation and repairs, paving, and other capital and maintenance projects.
