SUMMARY: The Process Engineer will provide engineering and leadership to support processes and business at McGean's Cleveland Manufacturing Facility. Responsibilities include:  Lead new product scale-up activities, including: coordination of lab scale testing, procedure/recipe development, monitoring plant trials and implementing process improvements.  Lead and/or support process safety hazard reviews for new and existing products. Work with operations and laboratory resources to identify and resolve product quality issues.  Lead process optimization, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical support efforts for the operations team. Engineering support for plant DCS control systems.
