The Public Works Director/Town Engineer reports to the Town Manager and oversees a team of 8 staff members with a $3.45 million annual operating and $2.46 million CIP budget.  This is a rare opportunity to lead a respected, customer-oriented team. The Town is seeking a candidate with wide-ranging public works knowledge who is well prepared to oversee the Town’s roads and bridges, facilities, sewer, parks, and trails maintenance functions, in addition to its CIP program. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a small-town environment.
