Senior Validation Specialist, multiple openings, available in Rocky Mount, NC. Duties incl: Examine client's pharmaceutical production systems, both complete systems & their specific h/ware components &/or operating s/ware, in order to ensure systems maintain necessary compliance w/ FDA regulations & clients' internal safety & quality standards. Dsgn validation plans, scenarios, scripts, &/or standard operating procedures. Identify & request appropriate validation tests necessary to assess new or existing processes or eqpmt in accordance w/ internal protocols &/or external standards. Conduct appropriate validation tests when necessary. Identify, analyze, & doc problems w/ process function, output, or content. Doc validation activities & analyze data to identify or resolve problems. Participate in project dsgn reviews to provide input on functional reqmts, product dsgns, schedules, or potential problems. Consult w/ co-workers & supvrs to advise where changes to client's pharmaceutical mfg processes will resolve compliance failures. Perform other similar, related tasks as needed.
