Traffic Engineering Manager
Performs or delegates and oversees various traffic-related studies and analyses relating to safety and congestion on the City transportation network. Examples include speed studies, signal warrants, 4-way stop analysis, signal timing, accident evaluations, and access management. Assists in design, plan review, cost estimating, and contract management of capital projects relating to results of studies.
