Duties:                       Provide project field engineering specialization and expertise with work planning and packaging, material management, quantity verification and validation, safety and quality control, technical inspection and testing, and subcontract coordination. Prepares construction drawing and sketches. Facilitates planning construction methods and procedures. Initiates requisitions for field purchases. Prepares quantity takeoffs of field purchased material and equipment. Verifies commodities on quantity tracking systems or other computer database systems as required. Ensures zero accident philosophy and requirements are implemented and adhered to by the craft and others when in the operational area, and tools and equipment are in safe condition and operated safely. Proactively considers continuous learning or show interest to pursue appropriate learning activities. Develop firm understanding of system and area scoping and drawings required for package development. Reviews and approves inspection test plans. Coordinates reviews of subcontractor submittals.

Requirements:                Must have a Bachelors’ degree, or foreign equivalent, in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have experience in each of the following skills: Technical services subcontracts; Oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing, or power generating station construction; Applicable industry codes and standards; LNG construction facilities; and Setroute, Unifier, Aconex, DSCS, PTR, Agile, and Navisworks.
